Masks will still be required on public transport, in a ride sharing vehicle or taxi, inside shopping centres and retail stores, at indoor markets, on domestic flights, at airports an in hospitals.
Victorians will still need to carry face masks with them when they leave home and are strongly recommended to wear one whenever a 1.5 metre distance cannot be maintained.
More office workers in both the private and public sectors will be able to return to their workplace from Monday.
