The event will see different acts play at the park each weekend throughout the remainder of January.
It was initially scheduled to begin on Saturday, September 2, but was postponed due to the weather.
Ballarat retro rock and pop group Syrah Duo will play the opening set at 11am on Saturday, January 9.

Ararat musician Riley Mason will then begin his set at the same time on Sunday, January 10.
Mr Mason said he was pleased to be able to be playing for live audiences once more.
"People have been happy to be back and enjoying the music," he said.
"It was definitely strange coming back after not playing for almost a year. I started to get nervous. I'm not used to being nervous.
"But it's nice to know that people still know who I am and that the calls are still coming in."
Festival organiser and Bazz Music owner Biljana Radoicic said she was glad to be presenting these artists with the type of platform they were starved of for much of 2020.
"It's definitely nice to be able to support local musicians, especially being regional where there's less going on."
Ms Radoicic also said guests would also be excited to see performers show their skills in-person.
"There hasn't been a lot of live music," she said.
"It will help get people out to just enjoy themselves."
Mr Mason said he anticipated the event would be well-received.
"Halls Gap is a really nice place to play. I've done gigs there for the past six years," he said.
"I'm looking forward to it. Hopefully there's a lot of people there."
Mr Mason has further reason to be positive, having released his debut single, Golden, under the name 'Maso' in November 2020.
It can be listened to on Spotify.
