Upon its reopening in November, 42 stalls were present at the market. With restrictions having eased since this month's market had more than 50 stores set up outside Alexandra Hall.
Kellie Russell's Sweet Scents with Kellie was one of these stalls.
Ms Russell said she was delighted to have the market running again.
"It helps my business grow because people know that once a month I'm going to be there so they can restock their products," she said.
"Because it's outside too, more people can see the gazebos from the highway."
Ms Russell said there were still COVID safety measures being implemented by stallholders and market organisers to ensure visitors' safety.
"We wear masks, provide hand sanitiser, and just offer to show people the products rather than have them handle the products," she said.
"People also have to sign in when they come to the market so they can monitor numbers. It's very well run."
Ms Russell also noted visitors had been very cooperative in ensuring protocols were observed.
"People have been amazing," she said.
"You don't really have to say anything, people know.
"People don't want things to go back, so they just naturally do the right thing and don't question it."
Ms Warrior said she is eager to continue expanding the market in the coming months.
"We're hoping to be able to open up inside the hall for the next market in January," she said.
"We've just got to talk to council about it, so hopefully we'll be able to open up the hall at half capacity."
This would allow for about 15 stalls to set up inside.
