His company designs and develops products to ensure farmers are getting the best efficiency during grain harvest.
"We have just done a harvest calibration system which is using a magnetic or remote drop tray that goes on to farmers harvesters and collects a sample," he said.
"Our grain loss tray and sample cleaners enable quick and accurate checks for farmers during grain harvest.
"With small profit margins you can't lose any grains, so we are trying to get the maximum efficiency for farmers with that product.
"We find problems that farmers face and then try to come up with solutions."

Mr Bartlett said they were also working on products to improve farm safety.
"When farmers are transporting their equipment they need to have signs up to be legal on the road," he said.
"They need to have 'oversize load ahead' signs and flashing lights, so we help with that as well.
"We produce the products using local skills and look to teach these skills to the next generation."
Mr Bartlett completed his degree in product design engineering at Swinburne University and said he had always been fascinated with solving problems.
"I am really interested in the ag-tech sector, seeing emerging trends and finding technologies that will suit those trends," he said.
"I do a lot of sub-contract design engineering as well with field robotics, and I am helping develop an air seeder with the company iPaddock, which is quite a big project.
"I love developing products - It's really hard work but when you get to the final product, you have something that works and people appreciate it. I suppose that's the paycheck at the end."
