ARARAT'S Acacia Caravan Park is the latest location in the region that drivers of Tesla vehicles can pull up and charge up.
Managers Matt and Kaylene Linsley used their time during the pandemic where no tourists were allowed to visit the park to brainstorm new attractions.
A Tesla charging station for electric cars came to mind.
Mr Lindsay said it filled in a spot that was a 'nothing site' at the property.
"We've made it into a usable area and hopefully we can attract new clients," he said.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Mr Lindsay said it was a point-of-difference for the park.
"There are charging stations in Ballarat and in Horsham but there is nothing around here," he said.
Mr and Mrs Lindsley celebrated four years at the park during the week.
