Last February, the family purchased a one thousand acre site in Great Western that has hatched into an immediate success story.
Green Eggs is home to 35,000 free range chickens and build's on the family's success in Dundonnell, where they have a prime lamb, broad acre cropping and free range egg business, Caravan Eggs.

Green Eggs' owner Kate Warner said the family owned and operated business has gone from strength to strength since opening.
"It's been really popular and sales have been very strong," Ms Warner said.
"Throughout the pandemic, we have been very fortunate to continue operating because people still need to eat, but recruiting staff has been a challenge," Ms Warner said.
While the destination for Green Eggs' product changes week-by-week, catering and retail are its two major markets.
"The bulk of our product goes to Melbourne and is also sold locally through Halls Gap and Horsham," Ms Warner said.
The free range chickens are able to freely come and go from their sheds and behave naturally.
"The chooks can dust bathe, forage and scratch around, while having the safety of the shed," Ms Warner said.
"We would love to be stocked at local supermarkets again and drive more of our product into our community because it tastes great and is produced with animal welfare at front of mind," Ms Warner said.
Green Eggs are stocked at Ararat's One Bite A Time, Foragers Cafe and Stawell's Linda's Cottage Country.
