Mr Martin went missing in 1977 and his sister, Bev Roberts has been searching for answers about her brother's disappearance since.
The billboard features a photo of Mr Martin on one side, asking for the community's help.
The other, a picture of Mrs Roberts pleading for more information.
The story of Mr Martin was featured in the True Crime podcast in episode 158.
