Police located a quantity of cannabis, an imitation firearm and a dangerous article used in the commission of an offence.
Acting Sergeant Shane Pettingill said a male was arrested and charged with affray, assault with a weapon, assault Police and numerous driving offences.
"A female was also arrested and charged with possess cannabis, possess imitation fire arm and assault," he said.

"Both parties were bailed to appear at Stawell Magistrate's Court at a later date."
Sergeant Pettingill said a third male surrendered himself at the Stawell Police station.
"He was arrested and charged with affray and family violence offences.
"He was bailed to appear at Stawell Magistrate's Court at a later date."
Sergeant Pettingill thanked the community for their vigilance and persistence.
