It is a slight increase on the one recorded on Tuesday, but the 14-day rolling average still dropped significantly for the state.
In metro Melbourne, the 14-day rolling average is now at 6.2. For regional Victoria, it is 0.4. .
Victoria Premier Dan Andrews also reported on Tuesday that there were only three active cases of coronavirus left in regional Victoria - all in the Greater Shepparton region.
The four cases in the Mitchell Shire have recovered.
As of Tuesday afternoon, there were just 122 active cases in all of Victoria.
