"I don't think it will be as late as they have said. We might get the rules loosened," she said.
"I get that we can't have groups of people, although I don't get why I haven't at any point been able to run one-on-one sessions in my training studio.
"I don't understand why one-on-one training is not allowed. It blows me away a little bit.
"My studio is large ... and the only time I would need to be near them is to take their temperature on entry."

While regional Victoria has started opening up, indoor gyms are not allowed to reopen until November 23.
Mrs Holtham-Felini's gym, Felini Health and Fitness, was briefly allowed to reopen in June but had to shut down weeks later in August.
"I have officially been closed for more weeks than I have been opened this year," she said.
"I can do one-on-one and groups outdoors, but the requirement is that we are not using the same equipment. So that just opens another can of worms.
"I don't have anywhere near my studio that is lit up well enough to do group workouts outside at night.
"I just want to work from home in my studio with my equipment ... it's a waiting game really."
Mrs Holtham-Felini has been posting live workouts on Facebook to help her clients during the pandemic.
"I go online and take them through a workout, which they can come back and do anytime they like," she said.
"It started off as a six-week challenge and we extended it to an eight-week challenge.
"I have also been running little mini-challenges. It's all about getting steps up, getting outside and getting some fresh air."

Mrs Holtham- Felini said she was "grateful" to receive Jobkeeper during the lockdown.
"I work from home so I don't have any overhead so to speak, as far as my business goes," she said.
"I'm looking forward to reopening however I am happy to wait if it means I don't have to close a third time due to the Covid pandemic.
"This whole ordeal can play with your head and the four walls can become very bland looking after a while.
"I just want to help keep people moving and keep their heads clear."
