Starting on September 1 the festival will run for five days and feature artists from across the world sharing their passion via an online Facebook page.
Mr Voice said there was a "wide brush" to street art, which encompasses many forms of expression.
MORE NEWS:
"We've had 350 join the social media page in just 10 days," he said.
"I don't anticipate all of the followers will do some form of art but it's gained a lot of interest already.
"There are a number of locals who have joined as well including some people from other areas of western Victoria.
"Some people will be ambitious and take the entire week. Others might just take a few hours and some could do two or three things.
"Some of the ideas which have been bounced around involve paper plates, making flowers with plastic bottles, some well-known puppeteers are preparing videos and a juggler who might do something as well."
OTHER NEWS:
Mr Voice said there were many other well-known street artists who were eager to join in.
"We're hoping a number of students from Stawell jump on board - it's not too late to join in," he said.
"Chalk can be purchased in a few places around the town and if people wanted something a bit brighter, Linda's Country Cottage stocks them as well.
"It's just something small we can do to share the love of art from around the world with our small town while we're all staying at home."
