It is a slight increase on Monday's numbers which saw the lowest increase in the state since July 5, with 116 new cases.
Eight people also died due to the coronavirus in the last 24 hours.
It takes the total amount of people who have died due to the virus in the state to 438.
Victorian Premier Dan Andrews' press conference to give more information on the state's daily figures is expected later this morning.
In regard to COVID cases in the region, there were still two active cases in Horsham and one active case in Ararat according to data released on Monday afternoon.
No active cases were reported in the Northern Grampians Shire, West Wimmera, or the Yarriambiack and Hindmarsh shires.
