The statement was allegedly uncovered in text messages during an analysis of a mobile phone seized by Hamilton police on Monday night.
One text message showed four bags of methamphetamine, allegedly referred to as "beautiful candy".
Jessica Williams, also known as Wojciechowski, 25, of Ballarat, appeared in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with offences, including drug trafficking and possessing proceeds of crime.
She unsuccessfully applied for bail and was remanded in custody until August 24.
Hamilton police Detective Senior Constable Nick Roberts said Ms Williams and Barry Hollis, 43, also of Ballarat, were observed leaving a known drug trafficker's house in Hamilton about 7.45pm Monday.
He said the pair was intercepted by police and uncooperative when questioned.
He told the court he believed the keys were thrown in order to prevent police from searching the car.
"CFA attended, located the keys on the roof and the vehicle was subsequently searched," the detective said.
He said inside the car was a blue box containing 9.5 grams of methamphetamine, a large knife, $970 cash and a small quantity of prescription drug Suboxone.
Detective Senior Constable Roberts said the 9.5 grams of ice was separated into six individual zip lock bags.
"Five of those were weighed out as 1.75 grams - commonly referred to as half an eight ball," he said.
"The sixth bag was a one-gram amount and had "g" written on it."
The court heard the drugs had an estimated street value of $9000.
The pair was arrested, interviewed, charged and remanded in custody.
Detective Senior Constable Roberts said a search of Ms William's handbag uncovered one gram of ice, 10 Valium tablets and hundreds of unused deal bags.
He said an analysis of her mobile phone allegedly uncovered a large number of texts depicting her trafficking ice, GHB and MDMA, as well as being in possession of up to $20,000 cash.
He said one text message showed four bags of methamphetamine, which Ms Williams allegedly referred to as "beautiful candy".
The court heard another text message sent from Ms Williams' phone said: "I'm supplying all of Ballarat, half of Melbourne, Horsham, Warrnambool and Hamilton. I'm on my A-game."
Detective Senior Constable Roberts said Ms Williams did not have a criminal history.
He said when asked about the text messages, Ms Williams told police she was "referring to jewellery".
Mr Hollis was remanded in custody on Tuesday and will appear in court again in August.
