DISTRICT 16 fire crews from the Country Fire Authority needed 15 minutes to extinguish a small fire at a house in Moyston on Saturday. Assistant Chief Fire Officer Bernie Fradd said they were called to the house opposite the hall on School Street at 7.45pm. "Flames were visible outside the house but there were no flames inside," he said. "The brigade put a stop on the job at 8pm. I'm guessing there wasn't a great deal of damage done."
