Visitors with hearing difficulties will now be able to use new assistive hearing equipment in both centres.
The technology would be used by visitors, tour guides and attractions to help hard of hearing visitors engage with tours, presentations, demonstrations and multimedia content around the Grampians and nearby areas.
The Grampians region attracts more than 1,156,000 visitors a year, with 1 in 6 of those having some level of hearing loss. Grampians Tourism estimated there were 22,000 deaf visitors.
Grampians Tourism and The Deafness Foundation have partnered to bring the technology to the region, with the foundation contributing more $4500 towards buying the equipment.

Northern Grampians Shire Council Mayor, Murray Emerson, said the new technology would be a great addition to the region's offerings.
"With this new technology, people who are hearing impaired will be able to experience the magic of the Grampians and surrounds like never before," Cr Emerson said.
"This is an exciting step forward for inclusion and accessibility for our tourism industry and I thank Grampians Tourism and Deafness Foundation for their dedication to improving the lives of all visitors to the Northern Grampians."
Grampians Tourism CEO Marc Sleeman said that the area prided itself on welcoming visitors of all abilities to enjoy the natural beauty of the park, its award winning food and wine and strong indigenous heritage.
"Not only are we thrilled to be back doing what we do best which is welcoming visitors to the area, but our partnership with Deafness Foundation will allow deaf and hard of hearing visitors to engage with our beautiful region with ease," he said.
