What are you watching?
Lots of horse racing. It's in the blood. Ozark on Netflix, black and white film noir on You Tube, The Chase and Curb Your Enthusiasm (LOL).
What music are you listening to?
I'm stuck on pop music from the 60s to 80s (mostly) but dedicated to melody and nothing resembling noise.
What are you cooking?
You've heard of "Lite N' Easy" but I prefer light and lazy.

How are you staying fit, both physically and mentally?
Clarry, the Wonder Whippet, gets up to six walks a day and I add a run or two. Mentally I'm challenged. I talk to the dog first, and the telly second.
What's the one thing keeping you sane?
Interests. You've got to have them in retirement because boredom, if not fatal, will send you nuts.
What do you miss doing most?
I should say competitive cross country running, but I'm frightened Clarry might hear. He would rather I stay at home.

What is the first thing you hope to do when restrictions are eased?
I hope to breathe easier and to spend up big to help local retailers and put life back into the economy.
Are you working?
Right now I'm filling out a questionnaire. I write for pleasure, now that I don't write for a living.
What's your advice for others to cope with the crisis?
Don't waste your time at home. Improve your quality of life and adopt a hobby. Only the boring suffer boredom.
