It's a trend that's broken out across the globe: Musicians including John Legend and Miley Cyrus have live-streamed performances from their homes while in lockdown, finding a way to reach fans personally, yet electronically.
Andrew 'Parso' Parsons, guitarist and vocalist, will step onto stage in the back room of his house to live-stream a community concert on the newly-established 'Pay it Forward Western Victoria' Facebook page.
The page, set up by Ararat 's Leah Heinrich and Parson's wife Carly, is all about sharing positivity, advice, and good news, at a time when many are struggling with social isolation.
"We wanted to put on some music and entertainment to keep people positive and engaged," Parsons said.
"People can put up requests and engage that way."
A party specialist - Parsons normally plays weddings, parties (anything), and functions.
He said setting up a concert in his home may prove challenging with kids running around, probably demanding to be put to bed mid-set.
Playing in front of a live audience of one (his wife Carly) is another change he'll need to adapt to.
"I've never done any recording or studio work. Everything I've done is live and interacting with people," he said.
"It'll be weird. I might have to set up a laptop with some sound effects, like an applause after each song."
Parsons, a long-time local, said his town was holding up well despite the trials of social isolation.
"Most of the contacts I've had with people have still been positive," he said.
"I do worry about the long term impact though.
"Personally at this stage I'm seeing more resilience...we're resilient, people are survivors."
