Tatyoon won the toss and sent Swifts in to bat first. Max Eldridge and Jack Cann made sure they went about setting a big total for Tatyoon to chase.
Eldridge retired 50 not out after hitting some very clean shots (even one into the ribs of his batting partner) they put on 95 runs before Eldridge retired.
Cann was the first wicket to fall at 96 but he had also made a very solid 30. Will Wickham continued on the scoring rate for the young combine side making 45 not out.
Swifts made 5-172 off their 40 overs.
Wickets were shared across the Tatyoon bowlers with James and Sam Phillips the pick of the bowlers for Tatyoon.
Tatyoon had a steady start to their chase and eventually opener Sam Phillips departed with the score at 24 after making 17 himself.
Floyd Burmeister was the anchor of the Tatyoon innings and made 46 before being run out. He was well supported by James Phillips (20) and Lachie Dalkin (16).
The Combine bowlers were on top throughout the day and restricted Tatyoon to 8-145 off their 40 overs.
Wickets were spread across all bowlers again with Cam Wickham picking up 1-4 off his 5 overs.
