All the Kings Men, White Trash Candy and Johnny Thunder and The Lightnings have all donated their time to headline the live music event, while the Exchange Hotel will donate all profits from the bar.
Event organiser Nick Campesato said that the music community was looking forward to coming together for the night.
"When I spoke to the guys about putting on a gig together, they all jumped at the chance," he said. "We're all musicians and all mates so its exciting to put on such a great show and raise some money, I hope lots of people come along and have some fun and contribute."
Mr Campesato said there would be raffles, band merchandise and shaker tins on the night to raise money as well as the $10 entry fee, with all funds to be split between the Victorian Bushfire Appeal and the WWF Australian Wildlife & Nature Recovery Fund.
Exchange Hotel owner Nick Murray said the event showed how regional communities support each other.
"Hotels are the lifeblood of many small communities and when Nick (Campesato) approached me with the idea, I was honoured to be part of it and do our bit," he said.
"We've seen many small pubs in fire ravaged Victoria keep their doors open to feed communities and emergency workers, house those who needed sanctuary and provide some relief so its nice to be able to help by raising some much needed funds while enjoying the great local talent."
White Trash Candy band member Mark Block said he would be starting the night off with an acoustic set from 6pm, before the event turned into "one massive party".
"We just want to get all our friends and family here to send good vibes and funds to those affected by bushfires," he said.
Mr Block said White Trash Candy would be playing plenty of rock and roll and that some of the other bands would be playing a few songs that were linked to the bushfires.
Fire Fight fundraiser is at the Exchange Hotel Horsham from 6pm Friday.
