Maydale Pavilion at Horsham Showgrounds will be transformed into a traditional beirhalle, or beer hall, from 3pm to 11pm.
Event organiser Andrea Cross said with cold and wet weather expected, the festivities will take place under cover.
"Everything will be in the beer hall," she said. "Complete with the construction of a beer garden."
Ms Cross said the adults-only event featured seven German beers, but also plenty of Australian beers on offer.

She said the food would include German classics such as schnitzel and baked potatoes, but there would also be fusion snacks like pretzel nachos.
Ms Cross said while the food would have a German focus, much of the produce was from the Wimmera with sauerkraut from Natimuk and kransky from Tatlocks Gourmet Produce in the Grampians.
She said there would be plenty of fun and games with beer stein-holding competitions, best dressed man and woman, giant games and yabby races.
New this year is a paint and wine session called A Brush with Beers and Bubbles. For $40 people get entry to an art studio, a drink, grazing table, paint, brushes and a canvas with guidance from artist Emily Friedrichsen. It's free for art appreciators to watch.
There will be live music from Col Williams and Tim O'Donnell before the venue transforms into a dance floor.
