The Burras' lynchpin will need to be at her best again in a do-or-die clash against the Horsham Saints in Sunday's preliminary final.
"We all know that it will probably be a big hit-out for both teams and we always seem to have pretty good matches against the Saints," Knight said.
Despite being on the eve of one of the biggest games of the season, Knight said she was remaining level-headed.
"For me personally, even finals, it's just another game. I guess I've always had that point of view," Knight said.
"I don't really feel pressure or anything like that. At the end of the day, it's just another game. If you win, great, if you don't, there's always next year.
"A lot of players may have their heart set on winning a premiership, but there's plenty of players who go through their career and never get to play in finals. So, at the end of the day, it's just a game."
The Saints have ended the Burras' premiership dreams the past two seasons, amplifying an already exciting contest.
"There's quite a bit of rivalry there; I guess you could say," Knight said.
"I know for myself it gives me a bit more determination. I don't want to end this season the same as the last.
"I think it puts a bit more fight into us to go out and show why we were up there this year."
