Ararat will take on the Horsham Demons this weekend for round 17 of the Wimmera League.
Last time the side played the Demons it lost, but Mason said they weren't at full strength at the time.
"We're looking at a full side, which is really exciting," she said.
"Last time we met the Demons we were down Megan Shea and Racquel Scott, who are two massive players on our side.
"So to see them come in will definitely make a big difference to the scoreboard that we saw last time."
The outcome of the match would determine the Rats' finals chances.
"Obviously a win is ideal," Mason said.
"We're sitting third at the moment and if we can get a win at this weekend, then that third position is locked in no matter what happens in the other games.

"So we're really looking forward to a hard game, and hopefully we can come out on top."
The Rats will head up to Horsham for the match.
"I've never played there, so it's new for me as a coach," she said.
"Obviously all the girls in the team have played there, but it's definitely new for me.
"Horsham seems to be pretty strong on their home ground, so hopefully we can overcome that."
Mason said she thinks the Demons are the strongest side in the competition.
"They play a fast game but a very skillful game," she said.
"It's definitely something we're going to have to try to slow down in order to get some turnovers.
"They also like to play in zones, which no other teams in the league do, or if they do they don't do it well."
All that will have to be taken on-board for the game.
"The Demons are definitely a class above," Mason said.
