The Warriors have proven that age is no barrier when it comes to playing good football and winning matches, and Bailey Taylor is a perfect example of that.

The 17-year-old has made his mark on Stawell's senior side in recent seasons, earning a spot in the team and making it his to keep.
Taylor made his senior debut as a youngster in 2017, playing three games that season.
He has played 25 senior matches since then, an impressive effort do have played that many games all before he turns 18 while juggling under-17 commitments last year as well.
"I didn't play too much 17s last year, but I only missed one senior game. The one thing I noticed was the speed, senior footy was so much quicker than juniors," Taylor said.
"It is a lot faster and more physical. I'm just trying to work on that stuff, getting a lot faster, stronger and fitter."
The year 12 Stawell Secondary College student has been a mainstay in Stawell's forward line this season, contributing five goals from 10 games as he continues to develop and learn.
In recent weeks Taylor has been given more opportunities in the midfield, somewhere he hopes he can play the majority of his football in years to come.
"I'll just continue to work hard and do the little things right to gain the respect of the older boys," he said.
"I was mainly wing in my first year of seniors but in juniors I played a lot down forward and on ball, which I hope to do more of in the future.
"Guys like Cam Kimber who gets his head over the ball and does the hard stuff and Tom Eckel who is really classy and clean are ones who I'm trying to learn from.
"It is good to learn from guys like that who are different types of players with different levels of experience. The older boys have been great at helping me out and teaching me how to play the game."
The up-and-coming footballer has missed just one match this season, breaking his nose against Minyip-Murtoa.
"I played for another five minutes after I did it, I only came off with the blood rule when it started pouring blood," Taylor said.
"I didn't think much of it, I thought it was just a sore nose but turns out it was broken. I missed the next game but it is all fine now."
Taylor is one of several teenage Warriors on a young list. He said he is excited with the opportunities the next few years could hold for the club.
"Compared to previous years we have a lot more depth in the team which is showing with how we are playing," he said.
"There is a really good feeling amongst the boys. I haven't played a seniors finals game yet. It would be really nice to get in there this year and see if we can win a few games.
"We have a young group with a lot of talent to come in the next few years so I think the club is heading in the right direction."
