The lifelong Roo made the step up to A Grade this season and has quickly established herself in Dimboola's lineup.
Not content with just the one sport, Pohlner has also starred for Horsham's inaugural senior football team.
"It's flat out. With netball and football a weekend doesn't exist, except for sport," she said.
"It's pretty crazy, but I just love it."
Pohlner has excelled across the court for Dimboola this season, but it hasn't come naturally.
"Netball has always been a challenge for me because I haven't actually played juniors or anything like that. I've only been playing for the past six or seven years now," she said.
"It's a mind game for me more so than anything else."
Pohlner said having seasoned players alongside her had helped with the move to the top grade.
"There's just a wealth of netball knowledge out there," she said.
"To play alongside these girls is just incredible. What they know about the game it blows my mind.
"I'm just out there running around, and it's great to have them there to learn from and offer guidance."
Pohlner's achievements on the football field are just as impressive.
The all-rounder has been named among Horsham's best in every game of what is both her and the club's first season of competitive football.
"I can't believe we're actually playing football in this area," she said.
"I've always just had a kick with my brother and the like. I've always been around football and watched football, but had never had the opportunity to be a part of it."
Though there are few parallels between the two sports, Pohlner said she was adapting to the changes.
"It's just about getting in different mindsets. They both have the same end goal, I guess; get the ball to a certain place," she said.
"But in the end, the win is the last thing on the board really. It's just about getting out there and having fun and making the most of it," she said.
The Roos host the Warrack Eagles this weekend, as they continue a late run for finals contention.
Dimboola sits eight-points away from fifth place, after an impressive win against Ararat last weekend.
Elsewhere, Horsham is on the road against Stawell.
Ararat plays host to the Horsham Saints, and Minyip-Murtoa travels to Hopetoun to face the Giants.
