The Rural Outreach Program is a free service for people living in rural and remote communities across the Wimmera Southern Mallee shires who need someone to talk to.
The program is designed to improve the health and well-being of community members who are struggling to deal with tough times in their lives and support them to get help through service navigation and collaboration with a network of local services.
