The two organisations will present a live performance at the Ararat Hotel's Red Room by musical duo Phil and Trudy Edgeley.
The Edgeley's are singers, songwriters and multi-instrumentalists.
Mr Edgeley is an English bluesman who was joined a few years ago by Trudy, who is an indigenous woman with Irish, Jamaican and Solomon Island heritage.
They will perform from 8pm and tickets are available at the door for $20.
One of the Ararat Live organisers, Debbie Shea, said the event will be the fourth NAIDOC Week concert Ararat Live has run.
The events came about after several volunteers were inspired by their own involvement with the Lake Bolac Eel Festival, which celebrates art, music and culture.
"I think it's great to break down the barriers and share culture," Ms Shea said.
"I think that there is a lot that we need to share together and learn from each other."
Ms Shea said this NAIDOC Week would be a particularly special one.
"This year the Budj Bim National Park (has achieved) world heritage listing," she said. "That has been a long time in the making."
A program at the Ararat Regional Library will also help children celebrate NAIDOC Week by making their own scratch board boomerangs.
The event will run on July 10 from 11am.
Over in Stawell, the Stawell Neighbourhood House will hold an acknowledgement of country at 11am on July 12 with a smoking ceremony and a screening of the film Mabo.
Northern Grampians Shire Council mayor, Councillor Kevin Erwin said NAIDOC Week was an important event to acknowledge.
"We certainly encourage the Northern Grampians Shire community to check out some of the events taking place and to take part in celebrating indigenous culture," he said.
