Constable Steve Carrigg said three concrete angels were missing.
"It is believed the ornaments were stolen sometime between 12pm on February 1 and 11am on April 11," he said.
"The deceased's husband had last attended the grave site in early February. When he has next attended the grave, he has discovered the angels had been removed."
Constable Carrigg said anyone who may have noticed any suspicious behaviour in the cemetery or has any information regarding the stolen concrete angels to contact Stawell Police on 5358 8222.
"They can alternatively contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report via www.crimestoppersvic.com.au," he said.
