The final score was 38 goals to 51, and coach Tracey Dark said the Warriors would learn from the match before they go on to play Horsham in round four.
"We had passages of good play but we just didn't maintain it for the entire quarter," she said. "There were areas we've identified that we need to work on and we'll work thorugh that, but they (the Eagles) were very strong and fast, and compared to us in size are quite tall.
"We've just got to adjust the way we're going about things to counteract that."
Dark said those adjustments will help in the upcoming game against Horsham.
"I guess we're going to work a bit more on the dynamic moves and how to counteract playing against all people - we're going to come up against them this week in Horsham so we'll just have to adjust our positioning and when we release the ball," she said. "It's going to be a tough gig just going by the results so far."
Horsham are currently third on the A Grade Wimmera League ladder.
"They are always a tough side and they have the complete package - they've got talls, smalls, speed and strength, but it's going to be a good learning curve," Dark said. "The girls lean when you play against tough sides. We'll go in and try to build their confidence.
"It's hard to build when you're playing against bigger sides all the time but we'll try and build it and get them to understand they have the ability."
Warrack A Grade coach Sarah Spicer said their side "had control from the start."
"I think we just kept building on our lead each quarter. It was a really good game and we matched up pretty well in height and ability," she said.
