Nestled in Halls Gap, the foot of the Grampians, the weekend-long event boasts wine tasting, live music and even something for the kids.
Colin Fassnidge, Sarah Glover and Emmylou MacCarthy will be hosting cooking demonstrations for the parent who wants ideas for a quick and healthy meal the whole family will enjoy, to the serious at home cook. The festival promotes "there'll be demonstration fun for everyone".
Ms MacCarthy will be hosting a workshop on how to construct a winter grazing table and will be demonstrating how to make three different desserts.
"It's all about how to feed your tribe," she said.
"I've only been to the region once before I had my children - it was freezing cold and I wasn't prepared for it so I am looking forward to coming up and discovering it all.
"I will be coming with my whole family, staying within the region and we're looking forward to going and doing some hiking."
Ms MacCarthy began self-campaigning three years ago to follow her dreams and passion.
"I created the hashtag, #logies2018 in 2016," she said.
"What that meant to me was I needed do everything I could to get a job in the media and to be a TV presenter.
"That's how it all started. I created an event called Dot Com Social which sold out and became the pilot for my first TV show.
Ms MacCarthy said from there, "it just snowballed".
"People started taking notice and saying "who is this chick with no management and no money"," she said.
From landing some of her biggest jobs Ms MacCarthy was on the national tour for Business Chicks and in late 2018 interviewed Richard Branson at his home on Necker Island.
"The cogs are in motion and it's starting to go forward," she said.
"I'm proving I have the knowledge, I have the skill set and the talent.
"People like it and enjoy it because there is a real story behind it. I'm not afraid to show people the rejections and the down times. I'm not afraid to say "hey, this isn't working, it's failed, it didn't work".
"People really resonate from that."
Ms MacCarthy said despite a number of boxes being ticked off she still strives for her goals.
"My big goal is to become a TV presenter and host my own show on a commercial network," she said.
"Within the next five years, I would love to jump the pond and get to the American and UK audience as well.
"I really want to tour around with my Confidence is Contagious tour and really ignite passion in people through TV presenting or any entertainment I'm showing.
"I am an entertainer and a storyteller - I think you can be both and there is that balance. I'm not going to just be a TV presenter or an inspirational speaker. I think previously people thought they might have had to stick to one genre."
Ms MacCarthy provides knowledge on a number of different topics on a variety of mediums to her audience.
"I provide tips on cooking, beauty and despite being a parent it's probably the least thing I write about," she said.
"People love the idea of being able to have as many passions as you want. As long as you give to each passion, work on your craft and really show up for it every day."
Juggling a growing career and family life, Ms MacCarthy said the number one thing for anyone in changing situations is to understand that balance gets developed.
"It doesn't necessarily happen. When you see a mum or someone in the media who look like they've got it all together they probably didn't," she said.
"They probably had three years of absolute s**t as I did. I didn't understand what was going on. The house looked like a tip - I couldn't keep up with the washing.
"I was slowly evolving with media but my home life was failing. I'm not saying people need to go out and fail at their home life but I'm saying don't be disheartened by the lack of balance that you are trying to achieve.
"There will be moments where everything is chaotic and then it will all of a sudden it will start to clear."
Despite growing her career and catapulting her Instagram page Emmylou_loves followers from zero to almost 60,000 in three years, Ms MacCarthy said there would probably only be one thing she would do differently.
"I probably wouldn't let people bully me so much," she said.
"They still continue to do it but I don't give them air time and I don't think about them at all.
"I'm only focused on my community - how I can grow it, how I can empower them, how I can feed my family and how can I love more and be more."
When discussing what she would like her legacy to be, Ms MacCarthy said she thinks it is something that will evolve until she is no longer around.
"It might change over time but I think it will be; Emmylou_loves gave us the freedom to be whoever we wanted and made us feel safe and we're ok," she said.
"A lot of people feel empowered when they hear me talk or they feel confident and courageous. That's really great but I think what it really is they feel safe and secure to know that they are ok - and that's the big message, everyone really is ok.
"It's about reminding people that they are loved, not by anybody else, but by themselves. That's where the empowerment and confidence comes from."
