Crawford began her netball career with the Swifts in Stawell's junior interchurch competition.
"From there I went into the under-18s and went right up to A Grade," she said.
"And now, right back down to C Reserves. It's been a climb."
Crawford put netball on the back foot when she started her family, but has since returned to the game she loves.
"I had 12 years off when I had kids and had some time away from the club," she said.
"When my girls got to the age to start playing that's when I started again and haven't looked back.
"When I re-joined the club I got back onto the committee and started giving back to a club and sport I love so much."
A highlight of Crawford's career is winning the A Grade premiership in 1999.
"It was the last premiership at Swifts we won and it was a big year for me personally - and it was my last year before I had a break," she said.
"I went out with a bang. I got married, honeymoon, premiership and netball trip all in the one year.
"I also received my life membership at the club while on my honeymoon as well. It certainly was a big year."
Growing up, there weren't many options for sport in the area.
"Netball was huge. Every court at North Park was getting used in the interchurch competition every week," she said.
"I was fortunate enough to have my mother (Carleen Grace) play and was on the committee at the time so it was a natural progression.
"I loved it then and still love it now - it was always my passion and now I am lucky to have two girls who are passionate about netball as well."
Crawford's two daughters Darcy and Mazey both play for the Baggies, Darcy in B Grade and Mazey in under-15s.
"I feel so lucky to be able to still play at the club with the girls, despite us being in different teams," she said.
"I don't think I will ever be able to play a game with both my girls. I might be able to get one in with Mazey as she makes her way through senior netball - but we'll see.
"I get to watch them every week which is enough for me.
"I've never been a part of any other club - I've never had the need. Swifts feels like home and are such a friendly club. Everyone is supportive and gets in and helps out."
Crawford said she is excited about the direction the club is moving.
"From a time where we didn't have an A Grade netball team to the wins we are having on and off the court - things couldn't be better," she said.
"It's a credit to both Steve and Naomi Hoffmann, driving the club forward with a lot of exciting things happening.
"To secure the new building at North Park is a massive bonus - I never thought I would see that happen in my lifetime and is a credit to the community's hard work."
