Emergency services responded to an incident at the corner of Patrick and Sloane Streets, Stawell, on Tuesday.

Two cars are involved in the incident, just after 3pm.
Police officers were directing traffic away from the area as Patrick Street was blocked from Sloane Street to Main street.
Bystanders said they heard tyres screeching while others said they head a loud bang.
Two ambulance vehicles attended the scene with the SES and members of the CFA were standing by.
