Year 12 Marian College Ararat students marked one of the most important times of year on the Catholic Church's calendar on the final day of term one last year.
The students held a stations of the cross service, creating their interpretation of the last days of Jesus, delivering a poignant and strong message to the community.
The students choose different venues each year as the backdrop for the stations of the cross, with Gum San selected this year.
The stations are a 14-step Catholic devotion that commemorates Jesus Christ's last day, focusing on specific events of the day of his crucifixion.
