Hart went up against Joel Freeland - a talented display of tennis was on show.
Hart took the lead early, winning the first set 6-1.
Neither player gave an inch and making every shot count the second set was might tighter. Hart managed to clinch the win 6-3 in a match which could have gone either way in every game.
Hart advanced himself through to the final on Wednesday night, overcoming Ben Martin in the semi-final while Freeland took of Rob Lembo in his semi-final.
Hart and Martin paired up in the men's open doubles against Freeland and Andrew Dunn.
The three set match went down to the wire - the Hart and Martin combination claiming the first set 6-2.
Freeland and Dunn fought back, taking the second 6-3.
It came down to the tiebreak in the third as the decider. Freeland and Dunn got the job done, 7-6.
Cross went up against Madi Freeland in the Women's open singles final to get her name on the board for the 34th time.
In a heavily fought out contest, Cross put herself in a commanding position winning the first set 6-3.
Taking a tumble in the second set, Cross dug deep with grazed knees and hands as she pushed to the end, winning the second set 6-3.
Cross and Freeland teamed up in the women's open doubles, going head to head with Anna Sullivan and Sue Blakey.
The Cross and Freeland combination were dominating 6-1,6-0.
Sullivan and Blakey managed to topple Claire and Amy Hodgetts 8-4 in the semi-final to get their grand final opportunity.
Madi Freeland partnered with Andrew Dunn in the open mixed doubles against Martin and Sullivan.
Freeland and Dunn were able to get over the line 6-2, 6-0.
Club president Dunn said he was pleased with the entries of the championships and the tennis season overall.
"Congratulations goes to both singles winners," he said.
"For Jade to be named on the board so many times is a credit to her dedication to the sport and the club.
"It was great to see some up and coming players entering and hopefully its a sign of a strong future within the club."

Men's B Grade singles - Leon Monaghan defeated Luke Monaghan 8-0
Women's B Grade doubles - Holly Graveson and Molly Orr defeated Elise Monaghan and Aylish O'Donohue 6-2, 6-3.
Men's B Grade doubles - Chris Simpkin and David Simpkin defeated Luke Monaghan and Leon Monaghan 7-6, 6-1.
Under-18 girls singles - Elise Monaghan defeated Dakota Cosson 8-2.
Under -18 boys singles - Jonah O'Shannessy defeated Aiden Graveson 8-4.
