Leading team, Christians Buses, won by nine games over AME. Kelvin Donnan and Mel Allen began with a dominant 10-3 for AME, but that was the only set for AME. The bus company showed superior fitness to win the last two sets by big margins.

Careys rebounded from its one game loss last week to defeat ChemMart. Mark Stevens again showed the benefit of a long break to win all his sets.
Ararat Medical Centre won by eight games against Blizzards. Sally Wills was again strong at number 2, while Nick Oliver had a good duel with Andy Kalluri. Peter Kerber played a fine cameo in his comeback game.
AutoPro and RSL finished equal on games. Officials had to search the results, and AutoPro won 3 sets to 2. It was a night of close sets, but Phil Goudie and Bruce Ahchow had a big win for RSL, while Charlie de Fegely and Kim Hartwich did the same for AutoPro.
