The two 12-year-olds will compete for their third straight Wimmera title, with one round to go at Haven on March 2.
The tournament is hosted over four rounds, the latest being at Warracknabeal on February 3.
“We’ve won all three so far. Technically we could still win the title if we don’t win the last round but it will be better if we can win all four,” Walls said.
Walls has had a stellar of a season, representing the Wimmera twice – once at Kooyong for the Alicia Molik Cup in December, and again in Bendigo for the 2019 Inter-Regional competition in early January.
“I really like playing tennis. You can use as much power as you need and make it look graceful,” he said.
“Tennis requires stamina and determination to play.”
Browne said he was happy with the way he and Walls joined forces on the court this tennis season.
“I love to play tennis because it’s a game where it’s not over until the last point,” he said.
The statement rang true as the pressure mounted during their matches in Warracknabeal.
“We were 5-1 down at one stage and kept our heads up and come back and won 6-5 We also won a tie-break and come back and won that too,” Browne said.
“It was really hot and it wasn’t just a battle against our opponents we were battling against the heat as well.”
Both players have their sights set on the upcoming Stawell junior tennis championships coming up on Sunday.

“It’s going to be a fierce competition in A grade. There are some older players who we will be up against,” Walls said.
Despite playing doubles together, the two young guns are also fiercely competitive when it comes to singles against each other.
“I love team sports and doubles are a good way to have each other’s back in case someone is having an off day,” Browne said.
“With championships coming up this week I will have a few hits during the week in singles to make sure I am right to go.”
