The body was found in Mount Shelley around 4pm on Monday afternoon..
Mr Moscarda was last seen at 7.15am on December 30 at Millicent.
Police say there appears to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
The 39 year old's car was found in the Grampians on Sunday.
