Macey Hurley topped scored with the bat for Grampians Girls with 14 not out. Evie McMurtrie bowled an impressive over claiming two wickets.
Final score – Grampians Girls 10-69 to Swifts-Great Western 9-68
Pomonal lost to Halls Gap, who won the toss and elected to bat first.
Pomonal’s Laine Jackson took 2 wickets in an attempt to stop Halls Gap which finished 5-72.
Pomonal fell short on the day only managing 3-48 from the 20 overs.
Wickliffe-Lake Bolac defeated Tatyoon – scores not confirmed at time of print.
Under-16
Halls Gap won the toss and elected for Tatyoon to bat first in the first innings.
James Phillips topped scored with 36 and Lachlan Wills wasn’t far behind with 34.
Wills managed to find three boundaries in his spell and retired not out. Bailey Hosemans hit two boundaries, but was caught out on 20 runs.
Halls Gap’s Noah Stirling took 2-23 and Paddy McDonald claimed a wicket for his efforts.
Although no wickets were taken, Brady McMahon displayed great bowling allowing 12 runs in his five overs.
Tatyoon finished the 35 over innings, scoring 4-128.
