Round two is the beginning of the first of two-day matches in the fixture.
Buangor-Tatyoon will host Halls Gap at home, Youth Club play St Andrews at North Park in Stawell and Aradale is penciled in to play at their home ground against Pomonal.
Swifts-Great Western has the bye.
Buangor-Tatyoon will try to recover from its loss to Swifts-Great Western last weekend as they take on the Gappers.
With players entering into the side after unavailability last week, the new look Buangor-Tatyoon team will be edging closer to fulfilling the plan of building strength in numbers with the combination side.
Halls Gap will be licking wounds from last week’s heavy loss against Youth Club and will try to hold the surge from what could be a strong Buangor-Tatyoon team, depending on player availability.
Youth Club and St Andrews will look to continue momentum from wins last weekend as they look to their first two-day match of the season.
With the best one-day record last season, Youth Club will be vying to improve their two-day match outcomes this season.
Youth Club finished fourth on the ladder last year and will take on the newly promoted St Andrews from B grade.
St Andrews defeated Arardale in last week’s opening round.
Pomonal will step out onto the field for the first time this season, coming off the bye next week.
After missing finals last season by one point, Arardale will be looking for early wins to secure a top four spot and play finals at the end of the season.
President David Turner said with round two starting it is a timely reminder to all players that the Association and umpires will be looking closely at players attire.
“Umpires will be clamping down on cricket attire, in particular socks, shoes and hats,” he said.
“Cricket hats are to be worn, shoes must be minimum 60 per cent white and white socks. The association will be looking at fines and/or loss of points if players continue not to adhere to policy.”
