The donation included medical equipment and new chairs for the Bennett Day Centre.
Y-Zetts president Meg Blake said she was thrilled the group was able to provide upgraded furniture to the centre.
“It is great to see clients who visit the day centre use the chairs and be able to sit and gather in comfort,” she said.
The total of the donation was more than $15,000.
Other items purchased included; diathermy laparoscopic surgical equipment; WiFi connection for surgical monitor for orthopaedic; gynaecological and general surgery equipment.
The Y-Zetts are currently in their 42nd year.
The group host an annual shopping night for Stawell residents each year to raise money. The event is on November 9 this year.
“Y-Zetts realise the social and monetary benefit this event has for the local traders, community and health service,” Mrs Blake said.
