The Rats have gone through the 2018 season undefeated so far, setting the benchmark in the junior competition.
They enjoyed the week off last weekend, having beaten the Demons a week prior to advance straight into the grand final.
“Everyone is feeling fit and ready to go,” Ararat coach Tim Shea said.
“I couldn’t be any happier with the way things are going leading into the grand final. For the boys to be undefeated so far is amazing, they just have one more game to cap it off.”
The Demons are the reigning under 14 premiers and will present stiff opposition for the Rats.

“The Demons have got some dangerous players we have to keep an eye on,” Shea said.
“We need to play our own game which is that run and carry style.
“We take a bit of confidence out of beating them a few weeks ago. The way we won the ball out of the centre really helped us across the line so that will be key again.”
Shea said his side has “done all the hard work”, it is just up to doing the job in one more game.
“Grand finals are hard to get into and harder to win which is a part I think they understand,” he said.
The Rats will make the long journey from Ararat to Warracknabeal at about 6am on Saturday morning to be at Anzac Park for the grand final which starts at 8.30am.
