The Demons went two from two in their football finals at home at Horsham city Oval on Saturday, winning both under-14 and under-17 qualifying finals.

They started the day off well with a 7.4 (46) to 4.6 (30) victory over rivals Horsham Saints in the under-14 contest.
Ryan Gebert snagged four goals to help his side across the line. Joel Freijah also booted four majors for the Saints.

The under-17 contest between Horsham and Stawell was expected to be a close one but the Demons were the ones who got off to the better start, kicking five unanswered goals in the first term.
The Warriors took a while to get things going, finding some form in the last quarter but by that point it was too late, going down 9.14 (68) to 3.10 (28).
Ben Hobbs continued his good run of form for the Demons with four goals, with Benson Miller best on for the winners.

Recently crowned league best and fairest Jakob Salmi was Stawell’s best player.
Both junior Demons teams will now face Ararat next weekend, with the winners of those games advancing to respective grand finals.
