The club won four premierships, its last coming in 1988, 30 years ago.
Prestige merged with St Mary’s and Trinity to form the Ararat Eagles who now compete in the Mininera District league.
Former Prestige president and reunion organiser Paul Bulger said Saturday’s final round of the year for the Eagles is a great chance for people involved with the club at any point in its history to come together.
“We will have people involved in all four of our flags (1951, 56, 66 and 88) coming from all parts of the country,” he said.
“It will be fantastic to see some familiar faces again.”
A pre-event will be held at Alexandra Oval on Friday night, watching the AFL match on television.
The main event will be from 7pm on Saturday night, also at Alexandra Oval. Past presidents and coaches will deliver guest speeches on Saturday night.
Around 150 people are expected to be in attendance.
