Taking place at Coughlin Park in Horsham, 15 teams from the region will compete in the one-day event.
AFL Wimmera-Mallee development manager Jason Muldoon said the focus of the carnival was on enjoyment and participation.
“These children will probably also be playing under-14s football at their local club and being under-12s they often won’t get as much touches of the football or game time as the older ones,” he said.
“This carnival is designed for these children to enjoy their football and participate with their friends on a great day.”
The 15 teams are divided into three groups and play games that consist of two 12-minute halves.
Games kick off at 10am and the last ones are scheduled for 2.30pm with no grand final to be played.
