The Ararat and Stawell teams will be coached by former AFL players Scott Turner and Brent Tuckey respectively, who the challenge is named after.
ADJFA president Jamie Toner said the match is always highly anticipated.
“All the top age kids want to play in the Turner-Tuckey to show off their skills and what they have learnt in the junior competitions,” he said.
