The Ararat Crooks took out the top honours against the Roadies in the B Grade 8-ball grand final at the Ararat Hotel on Monday night.

The Crooks dominated the season, losing just one game.
The Roadies struggled early, falling behind 1-5 after the singles matches but rallied in the doubles to reduce the deficit to 3-6 with reverse singles to be played.
The team continued its charge towards the finals int he reverse singles but fell just short of the win, losing 6-8 to give the Crooks the premiership.
Brian Jenkins was named the Crooks’ best player in the grand final win while Kerry Stockwell was the Roadies’ best.
It was a stunning way to end the season with the match proving to be close in the end.
The Crooks winning team was made of Jenkins, Shaun Murphy, Aaron Jenkins, Luke Walker, Ask Pevitt, Daryl Bell, Tim Colley, Graeme Johnson and was captained by Mitch Laundy.
