The Magpies have looked like a different team since their loss to Tatyoon, dominating all four games after the Hawks clash including a win against Penshurst.
The home team will go in as heavy favourites to notch up its fifth win of the season which could move them up into the top five if other results fall favourably.
Pies coach Melissa Lewis will need to ensure the players does not get ahead of themselves with the visiting team yet to have a win this Mininera and district season.
The Swans have struggled to score so far this season having netted just 193 goals so far and are the team in the competition to have scored less than 260 in the eight games.
Wickliffe-Lake Bolac has also shown versatility with some players moving around to different positions on the court in recent weeks but the results have shown the team is pretty settled with the current set-up.
With the Magpies expected to get the points, the team will be one of the ones to watch in the charge towards finals later in the season.
The round nine A Grade clash is scheduled for a 1pm start.
