Taking on Warrnambool Blues at home, the Warriors had no issues beating the visitors to record their second consecutive win.
Stawell dominated the from start to finish to finish in front 11.12 (78) to 2.3 (15).
Amy Hodgetts led the way up forward again with four majors while Crystal Summers and Nikki Slorach chipped in with two goals each.
Stawell coach Rod Summers said his side’s pressure has been a big part of winning the two consecutive games.
“We have worked hard on our tackling at training and it is paying off,” he said.
“We have received a few comments from other teams that we are the hardest tacklers they have faced which is a great compliment.”
As well as higher intensity around the ball, Summers said his players have improved their teamwork overall.
“We get contribution from every single girl on the field,” he said.
“They are starting to do things on their own rather than relying on us as coaches which highlights how much they have improved this season.”
