Hull to be sworn in as new councillor on Monday

Ms Hull will be sworn in at 4.30pm at the municipality offices.
It comes after she accepted the Victorian Electoral Commission’s declaration that she was successful in the countback on Monday to replace former mayor Glenda McLean.
The same process will be used to fill Darren Ford’s vacancy next month.
The countback is scheduled for June 6.
