Ararat West Uniting Church Ladies Guild held a successful fashion parade on Wednesday afternoon and raised hundreds of dollars for charities in the region.

The ladies guild gave attendees a run-down of all new autumn and winter arrivals, with the parade featuring items from 2taggs, Fashion House – Cas Couture and Perrys Shoes.
Through door charges for 79 people, raffles and homemade cake and Bric a Brack Stalls, the guild brought in $772.
Treasurer Gloria Bull said a very enjoyable day was had by all.

The guild has previously sponsored two children to go to the Portsea Camp and has given money to the chaplaincy at Ararat College.
