The Willaura Cup day meet was the final event of the season in Ararat with the track now taking a break from hosting racing over winter.
Ararat Turf Club manager Adam Atchison said the racing was not hindered by the rain.
“Everyone who had prebooked had a great day,” he said. The next event will be the Ararat Gold Cup.
